Cookies on tiket.ing
We use only cookies that the service needs to work. We do not use advertising cookies. We do not use analytics cookies. [Owner decision on analytics: OPEN-20-08.]
Because we use only needed cookies, the design shows this notice and a link to it, and no accept or reject banner. [LAWYER: confirm that this design is enough.]
Our cookies are specific to the site you are on. A cookie set on one organiser's site is not sent to another organiser's site or to tiket.ing.
| Cookie | What it does | How long |
|---|---|---|
Session (__Host- prefix) | Keeps you signed in on this site | Per your sign-in (see account settings) |
| Guest booking session | Lets a guest open one booking from an emailed link | 24 hours |
| Bot check pass | Remembers you passed the Cloudflare check | 30 minutes |
| Waiting room token | Holds your place in the queue | Until your admission window ends |
| Hold token | Keeps your seat hold while you book as a guest | While the hold lasts |
Browser storage (not cookies) holds your display choices on your device, and, on a scanning device used by organiser staff, an encrypted list of tickets for offline scanning.
The Cloudflare bot check (Turnstile) is a service from Cloudflare. It runs only on pages that need to check you are a person (for example booking, sign-in and signup). It may set its own technical data. See Cloudflare's notice. [LAWYER: confirm wording.]
To control cookies, use your browser settings. If you block the cookies above, sign-in and booking will not work.
