Months with no paid event cost nothing. One fee covers all your events in a month.
How you pay
You pay Pixel Haven online with BML Connect, or by bank transfer with a slip that Pixel Haven staff confirm. Each invoice shows GST added on top of the plan price.

What is a billing month?
A calendar month in which one of your paid events needs a paid month. Months are counted in the Maldives time zone.
Which months does my event need?
Every calendar month from the month booking opens to the month of its last session.
Do free events cost anything?
No. A free event never needs a paid month.
What happens if a later month is not paid?
Sales for that event pause when the unpaid month begins, and start again when you pay.
What if I publish nothing for two months?
Months with no paid event cost nothing.
Can I change plan?
Pixel Haven sets your plan when it approves your site and can change it later. Contact us to ask for a different plan.
Who gets the ticket money?
You do. Ticket money goes straight to your own payment account. Pixel Haven never holds it and your customers pay no service fee.
