What is a billing month?
A calendar month in which one of your paid events needs a paid month. A paid event needs every month from the month booking opens to the month of its last session. One fee covers all your events in that month.
Do free events cost anything?
No. A free event never needs a paid month.
Who gets the ticket money?
You do. You connect your own payment gateway and ticket money goes straight to you. Pixel Haven only bills the monthly fee.
Can schools use it for parent evenings?
Yes. Import students and parents, set who may book which slot, and parents book for free. Teachers see their own slots.
