An example
Which months does an event need?
Booking opens 3 Nov 2026 and the shows run 20 Nov to 5 Dec. The event needs November and December. You pay November to publish. You pay December before 1 Dec; if it is not paid, sales pause on 1 Dec and start again when you pay. One month’s fee covers all your events that month.
A free event needs no month.
| Month | Why | When you pay |
|---|---|---|
| November 2026 | Booking opens in November | Before you publish |
| December 2026 | The last show is in December | Before 1 Dec, or sales pause until you pay |
